By using Sales Glow you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Sales Glow gives CPG brand founders a unified view of their channel performance across various sales platforms. The dashboard includes order analytics along with other features. Features may evolve over time and we will let you know if anything material changes.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account or use Sales Glow on behalf of a business you are not authorised to represent. You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep it up to date.

Shopify data

To use Sales Glow you authorise us to access your Shopify store data as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the right to grant this access. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting Shopify from within the app or from your Shopify admin.

Acceptable use

You may not use Sales Glow to do anything unlawful, harmful, or deceptive. You may not attempt to reverse engineer the service, scrape data at scale, or interfere with other users or our infrastructure.

Accuracy of data

Sales Glow surfaces analytics derived from your connected store data. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that figures are error free. Do not rely solely on Sales Glow data for financial, legal, or operational decisions without independent verification.

Availability

We aim to keep Sales Glow available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, fix issues, or make updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sales Glow is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost profits or data loss.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. There are no penalties. Email us and we will close your account and delete your data within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms in a meaningful way we will give you 30 days notice by email before the changes take effect. Continued use of Sales Glow after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where Sales Glow operates.
